Smooth Transition!

We decided this year to switch our IT service provider to try and find a company that was more tailored to our specific needs and industry. We switched to ProSoft this summer of 2024 and have been extremely pleased with this decision. They have been excellent to work with, respond, and the transition was much smoother than I thought it could possibly be. When soliciting quotes, it became very clear very quickly that ProSoft specialized in our industry. They understood our needs in terms of design and drafting software, network management, software management, hardware management etc. They provided valuable insights, advice, recommendations, etc. Making a major change in IT operations for a company like ours that is entirely dependent on our information systems for every aspect of work feels incredibly risky and stressful. Fortunately, it turned out that it did not need to be. Had I known how smooth the change would be, and how much better our service would be, I would have made that change much sooner.

The Staff at ProSoft have been very helpful to our Survey and Engineering firm. We have relied on ProSoft as our Autodesk reseller, and for Software training and trouble shooting. We have also purchased some of their workstations and laptops. They always have someone that can help, and they are quick and friendly. I have over 20 years of experience in the drafting side of Survey and Civil Engineering and I still find their experience and knowledge very helpful.
