All shipments will be made within 2-3 business days of order being paid in full.
Customized hardware shipments will be made within 5-7 days maximum, although timing/availability of some configurations may result in longer wait times.
Orders with a quantity over 5 may require longer lead times.

3 Year Parts and Labor Warranty
Warranty covers hardware defects, and workmanship for 3 years.
Does not cover damages from viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware etc. Software including Operating System, and applications, except as covered by ProSoft Technical Support, i.e. purchased Autodesk products. Damage from misuse/abuse, fire, natural disasters, theft, power surges, willful destruction, or cosmetic damage.
For warranty repair, PC to be shipped to ProSoft at customers expense, unless purchased within the last 30 days, or other arrangements made with ProSoft. Repairs will be made within 5 business days from the day the PC is received by ProSoft, and shipped back to the customer at ProSoft's expense. Items shipped for repair should be sent in the original packaging, or suitable replacement packing material. Warranty does not cover damages from improperly packaging PC for repairs. Purchase and warranty include OFFSITE handling of replacement and/or labor. ONSITE support may result in additional trip charge and/or labor expenses.
Advanced replacement of parts available when deemed by ProSoft that the replacement part will fix the issue. ProSoft will ship the replacement part at their expense, once received customer will replace the part and ship back the defective part to ProSoft with the included return shipping label within 5 business days. Warranty does not cover improper installation of replacement parts by the customer.
Pricing:
Prices are valid for 30 days from quote date and subject to change.
Sales tax shown on this proposal is an estimate only. The actual sales tax may vary and will be calculated at the time of invoicing based on the current tax rates in your jurisdiction. We will collect sales tax for jurisdictions required of us by law. If we are not required to collect sales tax in your jurisdiction you may be responsible for Use Tax as directed by your taxing authority.
Order Policy:
ProSoft will not place order until invoice is PAID IN FULL or other arrangements have been made and approved by ProSoft.
Extension of Credit:
ProSoft may require credit and financial references prior to extending net payment terms or offering Special Financing. New customers may be asked to complete a credit application form prior to processing of their initial order. ProSoft also works with multiple lenders to provide financing options.
Cancellations / Returns:
Preauthorization required for all product returns. Returns or cancellations must be within 30 days of order date. A 15% restocking fee applies IF product has not yet been activated.
Payments:
Late payments are subject to a finance charge of 20% APR, which is equal to 1.66% monthly.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, check, EFT or cash payments. Credit cards will be charged upon order submission unless indicated differently through a Special Financing offer.
